Research & General Disclaimer
What the work on this site is, what it is not, and how to read it honestly.
Read this before drawing conclusions. Coherence Energy Labs™ publishes an active research program. The work is presented openly so it can be examined and tested. It is not a claim of settled science, it has not cleared the bar of independent replication and scientific consensus, and nothing here is professional advice. Where the evidence is strong we say so; where it is open we say that too.
1. This is active research, not established science
The coherence framework, the τ-field equations, the Equation of One, and the results shown on this site represent original, in-progress research. They are shared for transparency and discussion. They have not been ratified by the broader scientific community, and presentation here does not constitute peer-reviewed consensus, proof, or established physical law.
2. No claim of proven new physics
We do not claim to have proven new physics or to have overturned established theory. The strongest current public result, a competitive galaxy-rotation fit from a baryon-sourced coherence response, is presented as exactly that: a specific, defensible, testable result with explicit boundaries. It does not establish that particle dark matter is eliminated or that any cosmological question is closed. Claims on this site should be read as research findings under evaluation, not as facts.
3. Evidence is provided for scrutiny
Where we present numbers, figures, datasets, or computed results, they are offered so that others can check them. Figures may be computed at build time from public data using our own software, which is itself a research artifact. Results can change as methods improve, errors are found, or new data arrives. We treat correction as part of the process, not a failure of it.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, health, psychological, financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing here should be acted on as such. Content that touches biology, the body, the mind, society, or the economy is theoretical and exploratory. Do not use it to make medical, financial, or other consequential decisions. Consult a qualified professional for those.
5. Forward-looking statements
Some content describes systems, software, and applications that are in development or planned, including A.C.E. and applied programs. Descriptions of design goals and intended capabilities are not guarantees that a product exists, works as described, or will be released. Where a program is pre-demo, we say so on its page.
6. External data and third-party work
Some results use public datasets and third-party scientific work, which are credited where used (for example, the SPARC galaxy database). Those sources remain the work of their authors and are subject to their own terms; their inclusion here does not imply their authors endorse our framework or conclusions.
7. No warranty and no liability
All content is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Lab and Josh Philbrick are not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on this content. Your use of it is at your own risk, as further described in our Terms of Use.
8. Contact and corrections
