Unless otherwise noted, the content of this site, including text, figures, equations, page designs, and the underlying site generator, is the original work of Josh Philbrick and the Lab and is protected by copyright. Coherence Field Theory, the τ-field equations, the Equation of One, and Coherence Language are works of the Lab. "Coherence Energy Labs" and the ONE glyph are trademarks of the Lab. You may quote and cite the material with attribution; you may not present it as your own or imply endorsement without permission.

4. Software and open-source licensing

Software the Lab publishes is governed by the license included in its repository, not by these Terms. Where a repository specifies a license, that license controls your rights to use, modify, and distribute that software. Third-party datasets and libraries referenced on this site remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

5. Research content

Scientific and research content is provided for information and transparency. It represents an ongoing research program and is not peer-reviewed consensus science or established fact. Nothing on this site is professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. Your use of the research content is subject to the Research & General Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The site links to external websites and resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
